Dark Chocolate Thin Mint Bar

These chocolate bars are delicious with just enough cacao content (too much gives me a headache). They are solid and crackly with a touch of mint filling that makes the bar even better but isn't too sweet. I would like to see a solid 63% cacao bar without the mint as another chocolate bar to be able to purchase. I found these at Marshalls in San Diego during the Christmas season and like them so much I order them from the company in New York once in a while.

This chocolate bar is very good: medium thick, crackly
and very tasty dark chocolate bar without being too intense a dark chocolate. And there is just enough mint filling in the middle of each piece to add to the taste without being too sweet. It would be good if Chip'n and Dipped also offered a 63% or lower cacao dark chocolate bar without any filling.

I found these Chip'n Dipped Dark Chocolate Thin Mint in the Middle bars at our local Marshalls & TJ Maxx here in San Diego during the last Christmas season. These chocolate bars have just the right amount of cacao as well as mint in the middle to be perfect and delicious. They taste wonderful and there is not so high a cocoa content that I end up with a headache after eating a square of this bar. They are really one of a kind and I wish that they were available in San Diego. I have ordered them online and the delivery time was very quick.

Love this mint chocolate bars! You might want to consider doing these in individual minis!! You chocolate is Rich and smooth!
