Chip'n Dipped Shipping Charges are based on shipping method and package price.
During summer months, a $4.00 ice and cooler pack
charge will be added. Our primary carrier is UPS. Sorry, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO.
Standard GROUND Shipping Transit Times
All packages are shipped from Long Island, NY. Here's a map of GROUND transit times.
Chip'n Dipped® Cookie Company guarantees all our shipments
to arrive fresh and delicious when there's only a 1-2 day
transit time. We can not guarantee orders shipped by ground
service that take longer then 2 days to arrive. Overnight shipments are always guaranteed. Please check the map
carefully before choosing a shipping method.
Warm Weather Shipping
During warmer weather months (May-September), Chip'n Dipped will add ice packs
and cooler bags as necessary to help prevent melting. Some melting may occur during ground shipping. RED LABEL AIR is strongly recommended to keep freshness and our guarantee. Because
temperatures vary across the country, we may choose not to
ship over the weekend in order to ensure your gift to arrive
safely.
Future Delivery Date Orders
All orders placed with a future delivery date will ship to
arrive as close to that delivery date as possible, but could
arrive early. Only overnight delivery can be guaranteed to
arrive on a specific arrival date.
In-Store Pick Up
All in-store pick-up orders will be processed within 24
hours unless a future pick-up date is specified. As soon as
the order is complete, an e-mail will go out letting you know.
To keep your gift fresh and delicious, please pick up
your items as soon as possible.
Redirected Packages
A $12.00 charge will be applied to your credit card to redirect packages when incorrect or incomplete addresses are given. We cannot extend our guarantee to packages sent to incorrect addresses.
Substitution Policy
To make sure your gift arrives on time,
we may find it necessary to substitute an item of equal or
greater value.
State Sales Tax
State Sales Tax will be collected for shipments to New York.
Hospital/College Notice
When delivering to colleges, hospitals or hotels, we guarantee delivery to the mail room or receiving department of the college, hotel or hospital. It is then up to this department to deliver the package to the correct recipient. This may cause delays, as the mail room or receiving department does not guarantee delivery within a given period of time.
