The Chip’n Dipped Cookie Company is the brainchild of TV producer Peter Goldfarb. When Peter was growing up, his mom, Roberta, was completing a masters degree in special education. Peter would laugh at his mom’s study strategy of reading and baking cookies at the same time. But when the cookies came out of the oven, he was first in line! When Peter grew up and moved to L.A., he shared his cross-country cookie shipments to the rave reviews of his TV friends. They all wanted to know where they could buy more. Thus began Peter’s vision to come back east to enroll in a famous cooking school with the goal of sharing his mom’s recipes with the world. With his newfound knowhow, Peter added an awesome array of his own all-natural chocolate creations. With mom in tow, he established the Chip’n Dipped Cookie Company with the mission of producing the best cookies and chocolates on the planet. This new family venture was featured on the television program Act II with Newsday on Long Island’s PBS station, WLIW Channel 21.
